Loyalty Points and Rewards Program Policy
1. Program Overview
This policy outlines the rules, terms, and conditions governing the administration, accrual, redemption, and restrictions of the Blue Flowers Loyalty Points and Rewards Program (hereafter, "the Program"). Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of this policy.
2. Administration
2.1. Program Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and residents of the United States].
Corporate or business accounts are generally ineligible for individual participation.
Employees of Blue Flowers and their immediate family members may be eligible, but may be subject to additional restrictions as outlined in the Employee Handbook and may not stack discounts.
2.2. Enrollment
Customers can enroll in the Program free of charge by visiting the shop.blueflowersnc.com website and creating a new account.
Enrollment requires providing accurate and current information, including full name, valid email address, and phone number.
Only one membership is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated.
2.3. Account Management
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Blue Flowers reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance with this policy.
Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior will be suspended or terminated, and accrued Points/Rewards may be forfeited.
2.4. Program Modification and Termination
Blue Flowers reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Program, its terms, conditions, points system, or rewards structure at any time, with or without notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on www.blueflowersnc.com Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
In the event of Program termination, members will be notified in advance, and a final redemption period will be provided.
3. Loyalty Points Accrual (Earning)
3.1. Earning Rate
1 point per $1 spent -Points are calculated on the net purchase amount (after discounts, excluding tax, shipping, and fees).
Sign-Up Bonus- $5 off -One-time bonus upon successful enrollment, good for 30 days.
Birthday Bonus -10% off entire order - Awarded once per year, provided the birthday is entered in the profile.
Custom Promos- Varies Awarded based on specials, customer use patterns, etc.
VIP tier -1.5 points per $1 spent -Lock in VIP status once reach 1000 points earned
3.2. Eligible Transactions
Points are accrued only on the purchase of qualifying merchandise or services.
The following items are typically excluded from Point accrual: Gift cards (purchase, but not redemption), taxes, shipping and handling fees, charitable donations, and other items as designated by Blue Flowers.
Points are applied to the member's account only after payment is complete and confirmed.
3.3. Returns and Adjustments
If an item for which Points were earned is returned or refunded, the corresponding Points will be deducted from the member's account.
Points may be manually adjusted by management if eligible.
If the account balance is insufficient, the account may reflect a negative Point balance.
3.4. Point Expiration
Points will expire if a member has no qualifying purchase activity for a continuous period of 12 months.
Points may also expire under specific promotional rules, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.
4. Loyalty Points Redemption (Using) and Rewards
4.1. Redemption Requirements
Points may be redeemed for discounts, products, or services as defined in the current Rewards Catalog.
A minimum Point balance is required for redemption (e.g., 250 Points for a $5 discount).
Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
4.2. Redemption Restrictions
Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with certain other promotions, discounts, or offers, as specified at the point of sale.
Points cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
The use of redeemed Rewards may be restricted to certain product categories or dates (e.g., clearance items, holiday blackouts).
Points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the account holder.
4.3. Refunds on Redemptions
If an item purchased using redeemed Points/Rewards is returned, the dollar value of the Points/Rewards used will be reissued as Points to the member's account, not as cash.
5. General Restrictions and Prohibited Activities
5.1. Non-Transferability
Points, Rewards, and Program membership are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, assigned, or gifted to any other individual or entity.
5.2. Prohibited Conduct
Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or attempted manipulation of the Program is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
Attempting to earn or redeem Points through unauthorized methods.
Selling or bartering Points or Rewards.
Using the Program for commercial or resale purposes.
5.3. Sanctions for Non-Compliance
Blue Flowers reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued Points and Rewards, if a member is found to be in violation of this policy.
Termination may also result in the cancellation of outstanding orders or transactions associated with the fraudulent activity.
6. Liability
Blue Flowers is not responsible for Points that are lost or redeemed due to unauthorized use of a member's account.
Blue Flowers makes no warranty or representation regarding the suitability or availability of any product or service offered as a Reward.
